NetLumen provides enterprise communication software and services, including but not limited to: Cloud PBX (NetLumen CorePBX), Call Centre Dialer (NetLumen DialX), WhatsApp Business API Platform (NetLumen ChatFlow), AI Voicebot (NetLumen VoiceAI), Voice Analytics (NetLumen InsightAI), Voice Broadcasting (NetLumen BlastX), AI Video Conferencing (NetLumen MeetAI), IP PA Broadcast System (NetLumen Broadcast), CRM Software (NetLumen CRM+), and Custom Application Development (NetLumen BuildX). The Site is a marketing and information resource. Actual service delivery, access, pricing, and contractual terms are governed by separate Service Agreements entered into between NetLumen and each customer.
3. Permitted Use
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. For users accessing this Site from outside India, your use of the Site constitutes consent to jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka, India for any disputes.
